PRE & POST NATAL PILATES

1:1 Pre & Post Natal Reformer sessions are coming soon to the Studio 3 class rotation.

Starting with an Introduction & Consultation session, classes are customised to support you throughout your pregnancy and recovery.

MAT PILATES: STRENGTH + FLOW

Mat Pilates: Strength + Flow is a new and dynamic class, incorporating equipment such as hand weights, resistance bands and more.

Each hour long session is designed to help you build total body strength whilst improving balance, coordination and flexibility.

All equipment, including mats, is provided, and sessions are held at Cobo Community Centre.

POP Pilates is a pre-choreographed class, combining total body Pilates exercises with the attitude of choreographed dance and upbeat music.

Participants are challenged to flow from one exercise to the next in this 45-minute session, where each song has a specific area of focus, including core, glutes, upper body, cardio and more.

Modifications are available for each exercise to fit the needs of all class participants.

Mats are provided, and classes take place at Cobo Community Centre.

POP PILATES

Reformer Pilates classes are available as private sessions, either as 1:1 or 1:2.

The studio is based in St Peter Port, offering a relaxed and welcoming environment to enjoy a customised session designed to help you meet your goals.

Taster sessions are available for you to try the machine in a no-pressure introduction and consultation.

Parking is available, and the studio has its own private entrance.
